Thanks to our precious assets they are able to serve their clients with high quality services albeit at cheap & affordable prices.

 

His company already operates for

  • 6 years for photography department 

  • 2 years for the website design

  • 2 years for mobile application department.

Question for interview

1. Who had inspired you to involve in entrepreneurship?

The person that inspired me to involve a lot in entrepreneurship is my parent and also my elder brother.

 

 

2. What had inspired / motivate you to become an entrepreneur?

For myself, what had inspired me a lot is how my brother life after he own a business, he could help a lot of people, especially his family, what can I say is, he is my motivation.

 

 

3. When you started your business / how long had you been operating your business?

I start the business at the age 16 without any working office, and just a small group which consists only 2 person that is me and the cofounder. Until now, my company already operates for 6 years for photography department, 2 years for the game department and 2 years for the website department.

 

 

4. Where did you get the idea?

The idea came when I see that the photography could bring memory to other people especially to married couple or someone that just married, so from there, I get the idea to bring this as a business.

 

 

5.How you get the modal to start your business?

I get the modal from my father to start my business, which invests me with a small office at Alor Setar, Kedah and he also provides me with the photography equipment

 

 

6. How much had you used to start your business?

For starter without any office, I just start with a camera DSLR and deal with the printing company that do the printing for photo album and find the lowest price that offered.

 

 

7. What are the vision, mission, motto and slogan of your company / business?

Vision  : Leading the first and photography’s company around the world.

Mission: Produce the best moment for the customer. Provide the services that can kept as the memory               to the customer.

Motto   : With Us Produce Only The Beautiful

Slogan : We Create For You

 

 

8. How you organize your business?

I organize my business by distribute the work:

Photography        : There will be 2 person in charge for tacking the wedding photoduring the wedding                               ceremony, then after they came back, they have to edit the photo within the date                               given.

Dealer                   : This part will deal with the customer at the office.

Website                : There will consist of 3 person; a designer, a programmer, and another person as                                  the leader which do both of the designer and programmer work.

Mobile application : There will consist of 3 person. a designer, a programmer, andanother person as                                  the leader which do both of the designer and programmer work.

Financial               : For financial part, the cofounder and myself and will do the work, by checking                                      every month debit and credit for the company, if there is problem, we discuss                                      just between two of us.

 

 

9. What are the problems that you had facing?

For starting, the problem that I faced is customer, there are many kind of customer, some of them are good in accepting the opinion, but some of them are not, and the bigger problems for starting that I faced is customer trust, but after a few years, with the best services, it have become less problem with the customer trust.

 

 

10. How do you overcome it?

To overcome the problem, we just gave the best services to gain the customer trust.
